Where and when does the SWISS FINTECH Fair 2023 takes place?The SWISS FINTECH Fair 2023 takes place on 8th September in Zurich, at the SIX ConventionPoint.

What are the opening hours of the SWISS FINTECH Fair?Visitors: Public opening hours are from 8.20 - 16.00.

Is there a parking close to the venue?There is a public pay parking at the Hard Turm Park garage (at your own charge), to be entered via Pfingstweidstrasse. In the garage follow the signs to building 110/SIX.

Is there a wardrobe?Yes, there is a small wardrobe. Please note that the wardrobe is not monitored and liability excluded.

Is there a dresscode?No;-) Our motto for the Fair: Exclusive, but casual, relaxed and with start-up spirit.

Where can I get refreshments?This depends on the ticket category you bought. Premium ticket holder will get refreshments in the Lounge & Coffee Corner. Business ticket holders can get some coffee at the coffee corner (no refreshments). Eco ticket holders can buy refreshments at Café West (in the same venue) or outside in one of the several restaurants/shops around SIX ConventionPoint.

Is there an extra charge for attending the workshops?No, there is no extra charge, registration is not needed - just walk in and be inspired;-)

Are the presentations available after the Fair?Yes, we will offer an online presentation exchange platform where exhibitors and speakers can share their slides and company decks with the attendees after the Fair.

Are you sharing the participants list?We are sharing the participants list a few days before the event (latest until 6 September) only with Premium ticket holders.

Are there different ticket categories?Yes, We have four ticket categories available - Premium Ticket - Business Ticket - Eco Ticket Ticket sale closed on 1 September 2023 and only some rest availability will be able to purchase as from then.

I received an personal invitation and a promo code to attend the SWISS FINTECH Fair. How do I get my tickets?Please note that ticket redemption with promo codes was only possible until 1 September 2023.

Are there physcial/digital tickets I need to show at the entrance?No need to print out your ticket. Please use the right check-in (Premium & Business or Eco) at the entrance and check-in with your digital ticket.

I purchased a Eco ticket or Business ticket. Do I have access to the VIP Lounge?No, with a Eco ticket you have free access to the exhibition floor, to speeches and workshops. To have access to the VIP lounge you need to hold a Premium ticket.

Do I get a name badge at the check-in?Only premium ticket holders will get a name badge at the Premium check-in and in case the ticket has been redeemed in time latest by 1 September. Business/Eco ticket holders won`t get any name badge.

When will ticket sale/registration close?Ticket sale/registration closed on 1 September. We do not take any manual registrations afterwards.

Is there a refund in case I cannot attend the SWISS FINTECH Fair 2023?No, we are not refunding any purchases. Please also see our T&C for more information.

I can`t attend the SWISS FINTECH Fair on short notice. Is this a problem?No shows are highly unpolite and create extra work for the organisation of the event. If you are not showing up without letting us know, we will restrict your access for future events. Please note that there won`t be any refund according our T&C.

Is there an app where I can get in touch with participants before or during the SWISS FINTECH Fair?Check out our SWISS FINTECH Community and get in touch with the participants of the SWISS FINTECH Fair. There is no further networking app in place and we are not organising meetings for you.

How can I get access to the participants list?Only Premium ticket holders (assuming ticket redemption latest by 1 September 2023) will get access to the participants list (assuming consent of participants). The Premium ticket holders will be provided the list after the official registration closes (after 4 September).
